Delhi High Court Status Quo on Minor's Admissions in Private School

India: The Delhi High Court has directed a private school in south Delhi to maintain Status Quo with regard to admission of a seven-year-old girl belonging to the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category. Delhi High Court also sought correct implementation of the Education Department’s order fixing the upper age limit for entry into Class I for EWS category students.
